I think that rate is a good goal because i checked and 145 is perfectly healthy- almost ideal. under ideal but not underweight. but dont get all obsessed because being all tall (i am jealous btw) you can easily lose a lot of weight and then life gets fucked up. just reminding you :) not that this is a smiley occasion. but just smiling…because yeah. i feel like an airhead today which is why if you read my posts i am talking funny but…well. anyway just run every morning and count your calories. i use myfitnesspal app- it is the BEST. also drink lots of water- all the usual. good luck- <3 you are lovely |

Yo girl, I dont know why I just said yo… but anyways ( :D ) its not necessarily bad…I mean some people who are small or dainty- 125 is a healthy weight. but it is considered underweight for your height. right now you arent underweight or overweight. you are average and I think at a pretty good fitness level or whatever you may call it. I wouldnt try to lose more weight but if you want to tone up go ahead and exercise. Pushups make you feel stronger, junk food makes you feel like crap- make some choices. but dont focus on losing pounds because you dont need to. if you have a goal weight maybe just like..133? because 125 is unhealthy if you get there unnaturally. and chances are if you arent 125 in the first place, to get there (because its underweight) you will have to get there unhealthily. so yeah- if you get to 125 lbs by JUST eating healthy then that is okay. but you probably will have to starve and purge and in that case I suggest you just dont set that goal weight. be happy with who you are- how you are. and you dont even have anything to worry about. everyone has problem areas. so solve it differently. eliminate junk food. that right away will change stuff. <3 stay beautiful and dont get messed up. as in eating disorder. which hopefully you dont already have :( |
